Alternate Resolutions All Alternative Dispute Resolution methods

Matthias

After graduating in international business from the European Business School in 1998, Matthias began his career in the wine and spirits trade, specializing in sales to importers and airlines in Europe and North America for over twenty years.

It was during his various experiences in the trade that he was confronted with disputes with suppliers and thus discovered Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods.

He then became fascinated by mediation, and wishing to develop his career further, in 2017 he undertook training with IFOMENE, from which he obtained the university diploma of Mediator. In 2019, he deepened his knowledge at the Centre For Effective Dispute Resolution.

By taking on the roles of coordinator, facilitator and mediator during various mediations, he acquires a global vision of this sector of activity. He saw the opportunities, but also the obstacles, faced by professionals in this field.

He then nourished the project of finding solutions to facilitate and simplify the daily life of dispute resolution professionals. He then decided to create a platform that would also make ADR methods more visible, in the hope of contributing to a more peaceful society.

And so ALTERNATE RESOLUTIONS was born.

Vincent

After studying law, Vincent discovered mediation and decided in 2018 to pursue his studies before obtaining a University Diploma in Mediation.

Trained by leading figures in the field, he then became involved in several mediation-related associations. His many mediations, both legal and conventional, have prompted him to question the tools available to mediators and to constantly seek new solutions. As a result, he develops websites and brings new digital tools to the mediators' associations he works with.

With his keen interest in digitalization and simplification, it was a natural step for him to join forces with Matthias to found Alternate Solutions.

Convinced that the structuring of mediation also requires its entry into the digital world, Vincent is nonetheless committed to preserving the invaluable spirit of mediation.

It explains to children how to talk to each other to find a solution.

Very useful, especially when we disagree!
